Josh Wes focuses his practice in the area of product liability litigation, primarily defending pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex actions in state and federal courts.
He has worked on an array of litigation teams, including teams defending orthopedic implant, pelvic mesh, transdermal drug-delivery, and Cox-2 inhibitor medication actions. He serves as national and local counsel and handles cases at the state and federal trial court levels, including multi-district litigation, coordinated proceedings, and class actions. In addition to defending pharmaceutical and medical device cases, Josh also handles commercial litigation matters, including unfair competition claims, antitrust actions, and breach of fiduciary duty actions.

- Defended orthopedic manufacturer in high profile personal injury action brought by celebrity plaintiff
- Defended action in New York federal court against major telecommunications company for alleged violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act
- Defended action in California state court and federal Bankruptcy Court against former Board of Director of defunct public company against allegations of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty
