Dakota C. Reckamp
Dakota Reckamp defends clients in litigation involving product liability, premises liability, and maritime law.
As a member of the Tucker Ellis Junior Attorney Corps, Dakota supports the attorneys in the firm’s Trial Department. She advocates on behalf of clients in adversary proceedings including but not limited to premises and product liability. She is familiar with all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and preparation for trial.
Having served as a Rule 13 Attorney during law school, Dakota gained early experience in representing clients involved in complex lawsuits. She takes pride in her ability to identify the important issues at stake in any litigation and strategically offer tactics and solutions that best serve clients.
In her free time, Dakota enjoying spending time with her friends and her dog Henry, as well as practicing her Jiu Jitsu skills.
