Brianna Soltys focuses on critical motions practice and providing strategic advice to clients facing complex civil litigation matters.

Brianna’s complex commercial litigation experience spans a variety of industries and jurisdictions. She handles procedural and dispositive briefing and strategy at all stages in the litigation process. She quickly identifies core issues in a case and uses that information to efficiently resolve disputes.

Brianna previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas R. Cole of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Before that, Brianna interned in the Appeals Section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and at the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio.

Brianna lives in Mentor with her husband Bartosz and their two children, Jadwiga and little Bartosz.
