Anika Prednis handles business disputes through trial, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Anika prioritizes efficient litigation strategy to bring clients the resolution that makes the most sense for their case. Anika has helped secure a $30 million jury trial verdict for a local Southern California business owner in a complex partnership dispute and routinely leads clients through successful mediation to settlement. She helps publicly traded and privately held companies of all sizes, high-net-worth entrepreneurs and business owners, real estate developers, and shareholders with disputes ranging from breach of contract to involuntary corporate dissolution.
Anika’s background in economics and finance uniquely positions her to evaluate and handle business cases. Because her law school training focused on transactional corporate law, she is adept at spotting issues in contracts and transactions. Her years of experience in commercial and residential real estate litigation also make her an asset to cases involving real property.
In addition to dispute resolution, Anika leverages her litigation experience and training to counsel clients on business governance and transactions.
A Southern California native, Anika is passionate about helping locally based companies and business owners. Outside of the practice of law, she enjoys cooking and spending time with family.
