On August 25, Sandy Wunderlich participated in IADC’s webinar “Will We Ever Go Back to Normal? A Collaborative Conversation About the Impact of COVID on the Practice of Law and Litigation.” Sandy moderated a breakout session where attendees shared their experiences and insights related to COVID-19 and its impact on the practice of law. Key takeaways included best practices that have emerged as a result of COVID-19, particularly with respect to cybersecurity and data privacy risks associated with remote workforces; the need to be responsive to client demands and budget limitations; and employment-related issues to consider when reopening offices. At the end of the session, each breakout group reported back to the full audience.
