Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Zi Lin has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as counsel.

Mr. Lin focuses on business disputes, real estate litigation, appeals, and bankruptcy. He advises and defends clients in a variety of sophisticated business matters, and he has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation and significant trial and arbitration experience in state, federal courts, and bankruptcy courts. Admitted to all districts of the U.S. Bankruptcy court in California, he is regularly called upon to represent trustees and creditors in chapter 7, chapter 11, and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and appeals. A California Bar Certified Specialist in Appellate Law, Mr. Lin has experience practicing before both the California Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Lin received his law from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
