Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Lindsey Sacher has joined the firm’s Business Litigation Group as Counsel in its Cleveland office.

A trial lawyer, Ms. Sacher represents both plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of litigation through trial and appeal. She has substantial experience defending clients in nearly every type of tort claim, including negligence claims involving wrongful death and serious personal injury, as well as premises liability, products liability, and toxic tort causes of action. She also has significant experience with insurance cases and other complex business and commercial disputes.

Ms. Sacher received her law degree magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Miami University.
