Tucker Ellis, Recognized as a Mansfield Rule Early Adopter, Achieves Certification Plus for 2023–2024

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has earned Mansfield Certification Plus for the 2023–2024 cycle.

Awarded by Diversity Lab, Mansfield Certification Plus recognizes law firms that not only meet the rigorous requirements of the Mansfield Rule, but also exceed expectations by reaching at least 30% representation of women, racial and ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities in leadership positions and other key roles within the firm.

This achievement places Tucker Ellis among an elite group of law firms that Diversity Lab has recognized as Early Adopters of the Mansfield Rule. Having achieved Certification for five consecutive years, the firm continues to demonstrate its dedication to advancing diverse talent into leadership positions and ensuring that opportunities for growth and development are accessible to all.

By expanding the pool of talent for these critical roles, law firms foster more equitable and inclusive workplaces, opening doors for a broader range of talented professionals.

Since adopting the Mansfield Rule in 2019, Tucker Ellis has continually met and exceeded the increasingly stringent requirements of the certification process. The firm’s ongoing participation highlights its commitment to transparency, accountability, and cultivating an inclusive environment that supports diverse leadership. Notably, recent studies by The American Lawyer and the New York State Bar Association Task Force on Advancing Diversity have praised Mansfield’s impact in promoting transparency and diversity across the legal industry.
