Tucker Ellis Promotes Four Attorneys to Counsel

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Jonathan Feczko, Ferlin Ruiz, Michael Ruttinger, and Seth Wamelink have been promoted to Counsel.
Mr. Feczko practices in the firm’s Cleveland office. He represents businesses in complex civil litigation matters in courts throughout the country, with a focus on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He earned his law degree cum laude at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Ruiz, in the firm’s San Francisco office, focuses on the areas of products liability and toxic tort defense, representing manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and premises owners in personal injury matters. Mr. Ruiz earned his law degree at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He received his undergraduate degrees from the University of California at Berkeley where he double-majored in integrative biology and economics.
Mr. Ruttinger is located in the firm’s Cleveland office. He practices in the areas of appellate and legal issues, class action litigation, and medical and pharmaceutical liability, where he develops and conveys legal arguments to federal district and appellate courts throughout the country. He earned his law degree magna cum laude at the University of Michigan Law School and his undergraduate degree summa cum laude at the College of Wooster, where he was Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Wamelink, also in the Cleveland office, practices in the areas of products liability, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, and construction litigation. He earned his law degree cum laude at Case Western Reserve University School of law and his undergraduate degree at Miami University.
