Tucker Ellis LLP is proud to announce that Ernest Auciello was formally inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) at the LCA’s 2012 Fall Conference & Induction of Fellows in Palm Beach, Florida.

Mr. Auciello is a partner in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis. He is a trial lawyer who focuses on pharmaceutical litigation, medical malpractice, and long-term care litigation with an emphasis on the defense of medical professionals, hospitals, and other medical institutions and product manufacturers. He has lectured before both national and local organizations on risk management and litigation and the defense of medical malpractice.

Mr. Auciello received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the Medical Liability Committee for the Defense Research Institute.
