Tucker Ellis Elects Six Attorneys to Partnership

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that it has elected six attorneys to the firm’s partnership effective January 1, 2017.

Anne Swoboda Cruz practices in the areas of commercial, antitrust, and products liability litigation. She represents a wide range of clients, including telecommunications companies, manufacturers, and retailers. Ms. Cruz received her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was Phi Beta Kappa.
Jonathan Feczko represents businesses in civil litigation matters in courts throughout the United States involving products liability, business tort, breach of warranty, consumer fraud, and commercial litigation, with a focus on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Mr. Feczko received his law degree cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Karl Kenna counsels clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations with regard to their intellectual property, including patent, trademark, and copyright protection. His practice includes the development and licensing of intellectual property portfolios in the areas of computer software, electronic devices, and other advanced technologies. Mr. Kenna received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He holds a master’s degree in computer science, and a bachelor’s degree in physics and chemistry, from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
Joseph Koncelik chairs the Tucker Ellis Environmental and Renewable Energy Group. A former Ohio EPA director, Mr. Koncelik provides counsel in all facets of Ohio and federal environmental law and related compliance issues. He received his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law and his undergraduate degree cum laude with honors and distinction from The Ohio State University, where he was Phi Beta Kappa.
Carl Muller represents management in labor and employment law matters, general commercial litigation, and insurance defense. He appears across the state of Ohio in courts of common pleas, courts of appeals, and federal district courts and has tried more than 75 trials to verdict. He received his law degree from Cornell Law School and his undergraduate degree with honors from Grinnell College.
Justin Rice practices in the areas of products liability and business litigation. He defends medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial companies in products liability and personal injury lawsuits, and physicians and healthcare providers against allegations of malpractice. Mr. Rice received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Southern California.
