Tucker Ellis Elects Five Attorneys to Partnership

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that it has elected five attorneys to the firm’s partnership effective January 1, 2018.

Ann Caresani focuses her practice on employee benefits, ERISA, ESOPs, and executive compensation. She counsels employers and service providers on the design, administration, and termination of these programs, and litigates disputes regarding them. Ms. Caresani received her law degree magna cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude and her Master of Business Administration at Cleveland State University.
Seth Linnick represents businesses in complex disputes in state and federal courts throughout the country, handling all aspects of both defense and plaintiff-side commercial litigation. He received his law degree magna cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from George Washington University.
Nate Newman represents clients in litigation involving toxic torts, products liability, and business disputes in federal and state courts across the country. Mr. Newman also regularly counsels businesses on best practices for complying with consumer-friendly statutes and regulations. He received his law degree cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
Tod Northman has broad experience in commercial law, business transactions, contract negotiation and dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate, with particular expertise in aviation law. Mr. Northman received his law degree cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He earned his Master of Arts at New York University and his undergraduate degree at Portland State University.
Scott Stitt focuses on ERISA criminal and civil disputes in state and federal courts across the United States. He also litigates employment and business disputes, including claims for breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Stitt received his law degree with honors from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Boston University.
