On April 10, Tucker Ellis  hosted “Tweets, Trolls & Trade Secrets: Protecting Your IP in a Digital Age.” Jay Campbell, John McCaffrey, and Josh Ryland, along with in-house IP counsel, explored patent trolls, the dangers of social media, and the advantages and disadvantages of transforming a civil theft of trade secrets into a criminal action under the Economic Espionage Act. Tucker Ellis co-sponsored the CLE program with the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (NEOCCA).
