Tucker Ellis Business Department Grows with Partner Jayne Juvan and Four Business Attorneys

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Jayne Juvan, Ludgy LaRochelle, Justin Eddy, Joseph Ferraro, and Ashley Gault have joined the firm’s Business Department, adding depth and expertise to its corporate, real estate, and trusts and estates practices.
Ms. Juvan joins Tucker Ellis as a partner, advising public and high-growth private companies, private equity firms, and venture capital firms on transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. She navigates complex issues in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures of all sizes and has been a key advisor on deals valued from approximately $5 million to more than $1 billion. Ms. Juvan also advises directors and assists corporate boards to institute best practices and maximize effectiveness. She co-chairs the American Bar Association’s Task Force on Director Misconduct and is regularly asked to counsel clients on challenging boardroom dynamics. She is a well-known speaker and writer who has been featured in the Harvard Business Review and Forbes for her unique use of social media as an attorney. Ms. Juvan received her law degree summa cum laude from Capital University Law School and her undergraduate degree from Kent State University.
Mr. LaRochelle is a business and transactional attorney representing both domestic and international companies. He counsels businesses of all sizes in the areas of acquisitions and divestitures, real estate transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. He also regularly represents non-profits and tax-exempt organizations on issues including formation and exemption authorization, board and fiduciary governance, charitable gaming regulations and filings, and employment and volunteer labor issues. Mr. LaRochelle received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and he holds an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University.
Mr. Eddy brings experience as a former real estate litigator to the Tucker Ellis real estate practice, advising both public and private clients on issues related to real estate transactions, financing and workouts, land use and entitlement, eminent domain, foreclosure and receivership matters, and regulatory compliance. He received his law degree cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Ohio University.
Mr. Ferraro focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable giving, and estate, gift, and income taxation. He works closely with high net worth clients and their professional advisors to create estate plans to best meet their goals. Mr. Ferraro received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his undergraduate degree cum laude from Miami University.
Ms. Gault is a corporate and real estate attorney. In her corporate practice, she represents companies at all stages of the business life cycle: from initial formation, permitting, and licensure to mergers and acquisitions and succession planning. In her real estate practice, she represents municipalities and developers on acquisitions, procurement, land use planning, and zoning matters. Ms. Gault received her law degree from Florida State University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from John Carroll University.
