Tucker Ellis Attorneys Mendelsohn and Watson Elected Partner

Tucker Ellis LLP attorneys Clifford Mendelsohn and Sanford Watson have been elected to the firm’s partnership effective January 1, 2013.
Mr. Mendelsohn, a member of the Tucker Ellis trial group, focuses his practice on defending pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical, automobile, and consumer products manufacturers in a wide range of product liability matters, including toxic torts, mass torts, class actions, multidistrict litigation, and product recalls. Mr. Mendelsohn received his undergraduate degree from Emory University where he was a member of the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma. He received his law degree cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
Mr. Watson is a trial lawyer practicing primarily in the areas of pharmaceutical and medical device defense and business litigation. A former Director of Public Safety for the City of Cleveland, he has experience in the areas of commercial litigation, criminal law, government contracts, and municipal law. Mr. Watson received his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College and received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
