On October 9, Tariq Naeem spoke at “Current Issues in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation,” a program sponsored by the ABA Section of Litigation in Austin, Texas. Tariq joined a panel of experts discussing “Litigating Product Liability Cases During and After a Recall,” and explored issues including legal trends, best practices, communications, working with the FDA, remediation efforts, evidentiary and admissibility concerns, and strategies to defend products after recalls occur.
