On October 5, Susan Racey – Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section (EPTPL) treasurer – testified before the Ohio Senate Judiciary Committee on two proposals from the OSBA EPTPL Section. First, Susan testified on behalf of S.B. 199 to improve and streamline Ohio’s probate and trust code. She also provided testimony in favor of S.B. 210, a bill that would allow for postnuptial agreements in Ohio.
