Seven Tucker Ellis Attorneys Elected to Firm Partnership
January 1, 2020
Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that it has elected seven attorneys to the firm’s partnership effective January 1, 2020.

Anthony Brosamle is a business litigator and trial counsel for commercial and manufacturing clients in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, and asbestos litigation, as well as defense counsel for businesses in the areas of consumer class action, construction defect, workplace safety, and employment litigation. Mr. Brosamle received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He earned his undergraduate degree at California State University, Northridge.
Patrick Clunk provides strategic intellectual property counsel and advice on securing, protecting, clearing, and licensing patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, healthcare, and cosmetics. Mr. Clunk received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton.
Ndubisi Ezeolu represents businesses, municipalities, and public entities in trial and appellate courts and before government agencies. He has considerable experience advising clients on employment issues involving alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and trade secret protection. Mr. Ezeolu received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
John Favret is a litigator representing companies and institutions in the areas of product liability, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice defense. He has experience representing clients in multidistrict litigation, state consolidated proceedings, and class actions. Mr. Favret earned his law degree at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Chelsea Mikula represents clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including complicated breach of contract actions and other business-related torts. Complementing her commercial litigation practice, Ms. Mikula focuses particularly on representing corporations and employee stock ownership plan trustees in litigation across the United States. She received her law degree cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Denison University.
Michael Ruttinger is a class action litigator and appellate strategist with experience before state and federal courts across the country, where he represents clients ranging from healthcare services and pharmaceutical manufacturing to consumer-product companies and pension systems. Mr. Ruttinger received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from The College of Wooster.
Chaz Weber represents regional and national banks and other capital providers on sophisticated real estate financing transactions, including institutional and REIT credit facilities and syndicated and bilateral project-level loans in a variety of property sectors. Mr. Weber received his law degree magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Valparaiso University.
