Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Ndubisi Ezeolu has been named to the Daily Journal’s list of Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in California for 2019. The annual list recognizes the most promising young lawyers across a range of practice areas, nominated by their peers and selected by Daily Journal editors.

An experienced litigator, Mr. Ezeolu focuses his practice on representing and advising businesses of all sizes in trial and appellate courts and before government agencies. He specializes in assisting companies and their executives with a broad range of employment issues involving alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and protection of trade secrets. He also has represented title insurance companies, real estate lenders, banks, and other financial institutions in lawsuits involving mortgage banking, fraudulent transfers, forgery, identity theft, and loan fraud.

Mr. Ezeolu received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
