Monroe, Walker, and LaRochelle Complete Curriculum for LCLD Class of 2021

Tucker Ellis is proud to announce that Monica Monroe, Charissa Walker, and Ludgy LaRochelle have completed the curriculum for the 2021 Class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).
Monica, a member of the 2021 LCLD Class of Fellows, participated in a landmark career development program designed for diverse, high-potential attorneys. The goal of this program is to provide Fellows with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship-building opportunities. Fellows are distinguished by demonstrated leadership skills, serving as impact players within their organizations, community engagement, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Charissa and Ludgy, members of the 2021 LCLD Class of Pathfinders, participated in a critical career development training program designed for diverse, high-potential attorneys. The goal of this program is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies.
