Marc R. Greenberg Joins Tucker Ellis as Counsel in Los Angeles

Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Marc Greenberg has joined the firm as counsel in the Los Angeles office.
Mr. Greenberg concentrates his practice on white collar criminal defense, cyber-crime, environmental and workplace safety emergency response, maritime and energy issues, and business litigation. A former federal prosecutor for the Central District of California, Mr. Greenberg has significant experience handling white collar criminal cases involving public corruption, tax fraud, money laundering, bribery, antitrust, theft of trade secrets, off-label marketing, importation violations, securities fraud, and cyber crime. He is a nationally recognized speaker on white collar matters, internal investigations, and electronic discovery and a frequent author on topics including debarment, over-criminalization, and financial penalties in white collar criminal offenses, as well as environmental compliance in the offshore drilling arena. He recently obtained dismissal of a Medicaid fraud case before Judge Ronald Lew and dismissal of a bank fraud case before Judge Manuel Real.

Mr. Greenberg received his law degree from Capital University Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University.
