On March 29, the Los Angeles Times quoted Marc Greenberg on the firing of Metro’s top security official Gina Osborn after she filed a report with Metro’s inspector general just two days earlier.

Marc, who represents Ms. Osborn, said that Metro Chief Executive Stephanie Wiggins summarily terminated Ms. Osborn and that “Ms. Osborn has rights that protect her from this type of unjustified employment actions, and we are evaluating her litigation options against Ms. Wiggins” – including, Marc said, the possibility of filing a class action lawsuit.
