Lauridsen, Sathienmars, and Amajoyi Named to 2024 Class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
January 12, 2024
Tucker Ellis LLP has named Steven Lauridsen, V. Sathienmars, and DT Amajoyi as members of the 2024 Class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).
Steven has been named to the 2024 Class of LCLD Fellows: high-performing mid-career attorneys with eight to fifteen years of professional legal experience, a career history of strong performance, and identified as being on a trajectory toward leadership positions within the organization. Founded in 2011, the Fellows Program connects attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations, providing a year-long professional development program focused on leadership and relationship building. The program gives participants the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession, as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Through class meetings, learning experiences, leadership lunches, accountability partner groups, and virtual sessions, the program is designed to help Fellows develop executive presence, self-awareness, and management skills.
V. and DT have been named to the 2024 LCLD Pathfinder Program. Pathfinders are high-performing early-career emerging leaders with three to seven years of practice experience who have distinguished—or have the potential to distinguish—themselves within their organizations. The program gives participants the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession, as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Through class meetings, virtual learning sessions, e-learning modules, peer circles, and program facilitators, the program is designed to help Pathfinders develop leadership skills and career development strategies.
