Jayne Juvan Named General Corporate, M&A, and Securities Chair

Tucker Ellis is pleased to announce that Jayne Juvan has been named chair of the firm’s General Corporate, M&A, and Securities Group. Jayne will oversee the growth and development of the group, which advises public and private companies, private equity firms, and venture capital firms through all stages of the business life cycle.
Jayne advises investors, boards of directors, and management teams on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary duties. She frequently can be found in the boardroom with directors as they make highly impactful, transformative decisions. She has served as counsel for clients in sectors including healthcare, financial services, technology, energy, transportation and logistics, and manufacturing, and she has been a key advisor in deals valued from approximately $5 million to more than $1 billion.
In addition to her new role, Jayne is the co-editor of the firm’s blog on corporate law, Lingua Negoti, which means “the language of business.” In leadership roles outside Tucker Ellis, she vice chairs the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the board of The Gathering Place. She is also a sought-after writer who has been featured by Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Bloomberg Law, Ethical Boardroom, and numerous other publications.
