Partner Jayne Juvan chairs Tucker Ellis’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities and Capital Markets practices, managing a team of 25 attorneys nationwide and leading the firm’s Business Law Institute, an annual in-house professional development program for business lawyers. In her practice, Jayne navigates transactions valued from $5 million to over $1 billion for public and high-growth private companies, private equity firms, and venture capital firms. Jayne also advises clients on securities and corporate finance transactions.

Manju Gupta, Counsel, focuses her practice on complex business litigation, particularly federal contracting dispute resolution, federal contracts and business counseling, and creditor rights. A seasoned litigator, Manju also represents businesses in federal courts throughout the country in matters ranging from contract dispute resolution to multimillion-dollar settlement negotiations in shareholder litigation.
