Four Tucker Ellis attorneys contributed to the 2016 DRI Drug and Medical Device Seminar in Chicago. Corena Larimer presented “Significant Developments in Personal Jurisdiction: Bauman and Subsequent Developments,” and Justin Rice led the Young Lawyers’ program. Mollie Benedict served on the conference steering committee along with Sherry Knutson, vice chair of marketing and a member of the planning committee.

The seminar featured cutting-edge presentations by over 10 in-house counsel, the Honorable Richard A. Posner of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the deans of the drug and medical device defense bar.
