On November 30, the Daily Journal quoted Marc Greenberg in “Manafort Could Lose Privilege Over Talks With Trump’s Team.” Marc commented on Paul Manafort’s cooperation in the investigation into the possibility of Russian collusion during the 2016 presidential election while Manafort has a defense agreement with Donald Trump.

“If you were in Mr. Manafort’s position, the last thing you want to do is cooperate with the investigation but only do so on a 70 percent level,” Marc said. “As a prosecutor, I have to know that I can trust you.”
