Mr. Garritano chairs the Tucker Ellis Intellectual Property Department, a team of 50 IP attorneys and specialized staff collaborating to assist clients across the entire spectrum of IP law. In this role, he oversees the entire Tucker Ellis nationwide team. His personal practice focuses on approximately 75 Ohio-headquartered companies and their patent and trademark prosecution and enforcement needs.

Mr. Garritano is ranked in Chambers USA in the area of Intellectual Property (Ohio). He received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.S.E.E. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University.
