On February 4, Chad Eggspuehler provided legislative testimony in favor of Ohio H.B. 369, the renewed Ohio Fairness Act. The Act would extend basic nondiscrimination protections to Ohio’s LGBT citizens in terms of employment, public accommodations, educational opportunities, and lending.
