Brian Brookey has been elected to serve on the board of Los Angeles-based nonprofit Outfest. Outfest uses the power of film to promote LGBTQ+ equality. It supports and mentors promising filmmakers and, through a partnership with UCLA, is preserving tens of thousands of historic films dealing with LGBTQ+ issues.
