On July 25, 2012, Bob Tucker participated in an MDL panel discussion presented by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) and the Federal Bar Association – Northern District of Ohio Chapter. The CLE-approved conversations explored “What Works and What Doesn’t,” “Best Practices for Organizing and Litigating an MDL,” and “What Makes for Persuasive Argument and Briefing” in Multi-District Litigation.
