Tucker Ellis represents Colfax Corporation in divestiture with Stryker
Tucker Ellis represented Colfax Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary DJO Global in its acquisition of Stryker Corporation’s STAR total ankle replacement product and related assets. Stryker was required to divest these businesses as a condition to completing its $5.4 billion acquisition of Wright Medical. As part of the transaction, DJO Global is also acquiring Stryker’s finger joint replacement products. Colfax Corporation completed its $3.15 billion acquisition of DJO Global early in 2019, one of the largest orthopaedics deals of the last decade.
