IRGs provide education, networking, support, mentoring, and other resources to help ensure that everyone at our firm feels accepted, visible, and free to be their authentic selves.
Tucker Ellis has established IRGs to support and celebrate the variety of communities represented at our firm—and all are welcome to participate, including allies and individuals from any background. The IRGs organize and facilitate cultural appreciation events, speaking engagements, roundtable discussions, peer fellowship activities, and professional development programs.
