On June 21, Vicky Vance participated in a session of the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 15th Annual Advanced Forum on Obstetric Malpractice Claims. Vicky offered an in-depth examination of the year’s top cases and claims and provided a survey of litigation, regulatory, and practice trends tailored to the needs of obstetrical providers, claims professionals, and their counsel. The two-day forum was held in Philadelphia.
