On October 17, Tod Northman and Jonathan Feczko discussed the legal and insurance issues related to the development of autonomous vehicles (AV) at the Ohio State Bar Association’s Insurance Law CLE program. The AV session provided an overview of the current state of technology, assessed the status of applicable federal and state regulations, and explored the potential litigation and insurance issues that autonomous vehicles are expected to create. The program was held in Columbus, Ohio, and webcast to Cleveland, Fairfield, and Perrsyburg, Ohio.
