On December 13, Tony Vacanti co-presented a national NBI seminar, “Overcoming Real Estate Land Use and Environmental Challenges.” Tony addressed the key hurdles in obtaining variances and conditional use permits and ways to overcome them, restrictive zoning and affordable housing issues, and legal ethics, including conflicts of interest, ex parte communications, and social media.
