On June 20, Tayler Gill addressed incoming honors freshmen of The University of Akron (UA) as Keynote Speaker of the Williams Leadership Summit in Akron, Ohio. The Williams Leadership Summit is designed for students to engage with UA graduates who have established and rewarding career paths to help guide them in developing their own leadership skills and setting the foundation for their futures.

Tayler shared insightful details about her background, as well as the significant personal growth she experienced as she evolved into a confident, successful student at The University of Akron. She tackled topics including facing fears, trying new things, and embracing opportunities for growth and professional exposure. Tayler encouraged students to make the most out of their college years.
