On May 10, Susan Racey spoke at the Ohio State Bar Association’s (OSBA) Fifth Annual Solo and Small Firm Institute in Columbus. As part of a session providing a recap from the 134th Ohio General Assembly, Susan presented “Postnuptial Agreement Update: Now Allowed in Ohio – What Does that Mean to Practitioners?” Susan provided an overview of Ohio S.B. 210 and discussed benefits of the change in Ohio law and practical considerations.
