On December 5, Grayson Sieg, Justin Eddy, Keith Raker, and John Slagter presented at a National Business Institute (NBI) seminar, “Ohio Advanced Real Estate Law Guide 2024,” featuring relevant and important updates and legal insights for real estate law practitioners. Grayson addressed real estate financing and investments, while Justin discussed AI contract review, online notarization, e-signatures, and other tech-related practice changes. Keith provided 1031 exchange updates, and John shared updates on land use, zoning, and development.
