On March 14, Scott Stitt co-presented at Worldwide Employee Benefits Network’s (WEB) Annual Legal and Regulatory Update. Designed for plan sponsors and their advisors and service providers, the program provided an overview of recent developments that may affect the design and administration of retirement, health and welfare benefit, and executive compensation plans. Scott and his co-presenters discussed retirement plan developments; healthcare plan developments, including new disclosure and attestation requirements and Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act compliance; and recent ERISA litigation.
