On March 18, Scott Stitt spoke in Powell, Ohio, at the Ohio/Kentucky Chapter of the ESOP Association’s Annual Spring Conference, “March Employee Ownership Madness.” Scott provided a legal update on recent decisions and developments in important cases that affect the ESOP community, current trends in DOL audit activity, and the U.S. Supreme Court’s Fifth Third Bancorp v. Dudenhoeffer and Tibble v. Edison cases.
