On October 6, Scott Stitt participated on a panel discussing “LGBT Issues in the Wake of the Supreme Court’s Same Sex Marriage Ruling.” The presentation was part of the Columbus Bar Association’s Master Class: Employment Law Institute in Columbus, Ohio. Among the topics the panel explored is an analysis of Obergefell, the EEOC’s recent sex discrimination ruling, and the impact of the Court’s ruling in the workplace and for employee benefit plans.
