On February 26, Scott Stitt addressed students and professors as well as lawyers and other professionals at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law on the Affordable Care Act and its impact on employers. In his presentation, “The Employer Mandate, ERISA and the ACA – Health Coverage for Employers in 2015 and Beyond,” Scott covered the impact of the employer mandate that is applicable in 2015, the costs and options for employers to comply with the law, and other issues – such as the potential impact of the Harris v. Burwell case currently before the U.S. Supreme Court.
