On April 23, Scott Stitt co-presented “Don’t Do That: Avoiding ESOP Problems” at The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) 2015 Conference in Denver, Colorado. Using the benefit of hindsight, experience, and legal precedent, Scott discussed ways for involved constituents to avoid problems in the exploration, installation, and ongoing management of ESOP ownership.
