On June 26, Sandy Wunderlich participated in an IADC webinar, “Preservation, Discovery, and Presentation of Cyber Evidence.” Sandy and her co-presenters addressed rules and requirements regarding preservation of cyber evidence and shared information on obtaining opponents’ cyber information through discovery, evidentiary issues such as authentication and chain of custody, and effectively presenting cyber evidence at trial.
