On April 17, Matthew Moriarty and Chelsea Mikula moderated a panel discussing “Yoga and the First Amendment: Does Yoga Promote Religion?” at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. The panelists explored a recent case in which San Diego parents raised religious objections to an elementary school’s yoga program, claiming the program violates the First Amendment.
