On October 9, Matt Kaplan presented an update on consumer class actions at “Hot Topics in Advertising and Marketing Law,”  a webinar sponsored by the New York City Bar Association. The annual program also provided updates on other important developments affecting advertisers over the last year, including federal, state, and local enforcement actions and enforcement priorities; self-regulatory guidance; environmental marketing; SAG/AFTRA; and children’s advertising and privacy.
