On February 22, Manju Gupta participated in a Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) panel discussion on the ongoing systemic inequities present in the legal profession, particularly in light of recent affirmative action decisions. The program sought to provide legal professionals with the tools and knowledge necessary to recognize and interrupt these inequities in order to create a more equitable and just legal system. The panelists provided strategies for mitigating these inequities, including ways to address implicit bias, create more diverse and inclusive work environments, and advocate for policies that promote equity and justice.
