On January 15, Knight Anderson spoke at ACI’s 18th National Forum on Asbestos Claims & Litigation. Knight joined health and legal experts to discuss lung cancer cases, including the science and medicine of lung cancer, legal aspects of lung cancer cases, and the recent increase in filings in Madison County and other parts of the country. The panel probed issues, provided updates, examined studies showing the connection between smoking and lung cancer and asbestos, and discussed and explored the next wave of cancer cases. The two-day conference was held at the Union League of Philadelphia.
