On March 22, Keith Grady spoke at the annual “2021 Federal Circuit Year in Review” sponsored by the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), presented by its Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Law Section. Keith reviewed the significant decisions by the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affecting patent law from a patent litigator’s perspective.
